What does it consist of?
Assessment by our Webster Certified Chiropractor of:
- Hip internal and external rotation
- Hip flexor muscle length
- Pelvic alignment
​Expert information by a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to help create and maintain good pelvic positioning:
- Stretches to perform
- Education regarding exercises to support your labor and pregnancy

Based on the FREE evaluation, same day adjustments are available as needed.

How chiropractic helps with pregnancy:
- Encourages ideal baby positioning for labor and delivery
- Improved pelvic alignment
- Decreased pain

FAQ
Do I need to be having pain to attend this? ​Nope! But if you are having pain we are able to address it that day.

​​Should I wait until I’m in my third trimester to attend? ​Nope! You can attend this at any trimester. The earlier you start the exercises, the more you set yourself up for success.

​​Can I bring my other kids? ​Yes! We have coloring pages available but request that you bring an additional adult to watch them during your screening if they require supervision.
