Singletree Caring Hands We are a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly. Providing assisted living care in a beautiful 6 bed facility located in SLO. lic # 405801962

We provide 24 hour a day assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing. Medication management and transportation to Dr visits is also provided. The safety of our residents is our top priority. We insure that each resident is secure while their privacy is respected. We have daily exercises and social activities, delicious and nutritious meals are provided daily in addition to healthy snacks. If your loved one isn't ready to leave the comfort of their home just yet, we also offer in home care. With in home care your loved one can remain in their home and we can provide care for them as needed with our fully trained care givers coming directly to them.
