Coastal Communities Physician Network sets a standard for excellence in health care provided to our patients in settings that promote wellness and preventive medicine. Throughout the 25 year history of our associated medical organization, we have invested our resources in the development of programs and services responsive to the healthcare needs of today’s patient; while adapting to the increasingly diverse needs of tomorrow’s health care agenda. Coastal Communities Physician Network is a physician group with locations throughout San Luis Obispo County who comprise an Independent Physicians Association (IPA). Members who select CCPN physicians will see their doctors in their conveniently located private offices. All members of CCPN can access the full range of services, programs and specialists offered by Coastal Communities Physician Network.

Looking for a fun, free way to get creative and connect with others in your community? CCPN is hosting Arts & Crafts activities for our 65+ community this January! Events will be held Tuesday, January 27 in Arroyo Grande and Wednesday, January 28 in Paso Robles, both from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. All supplies and refreshments are provided, and as always, our events are free and open to the public.

Celebrate the season of giving with us on December 11 from 3 PM to 7 PM in Arroyo Grande at the CCPN Season of Hope Drop-Off Event. CCPN brought the holiday spirit to Paso Robles and Arroyo Grande with our cheerful Arts & Crafts senior activities. Attendees had a blast creating their very own snowman ornaments just in time to deck the halls for the season. It was amazing to see everyone’s creativity come to life during our Arts & Crafts activities. We’re thrilled to keep the holiday cheer going with Bingo on December 16 at the South County Regional Center in Arroyo Grande and December 17 at the Paso Robles Senior Center. ⛄❄️💙

As we celebrate Thanksgiving, we’re reflecting on the incredible moments we shared with our community this season. Last month, CCPN hosted two back-to-back Senior Health Expos in Arroyo Grande and Templeton, and both events were a success. From free flu shots and health screenings to helpful resources, these gatherings were all about connection and care.

We’re truly thankful to everyone who joined us and to the amazing vendors, partners, and staff who made it all possible. Your support helps us bring these meaningful events to life.

For the first time ever, we’re hosting not just one—but two Senior Health Expos! Join us in Arroyo Grande on Friday, October 17, and Templeton on Saturday, October 18 for two fun-filled mornings focused on senior health and wellness.

These free, public events will feature complimentary flu shots, a delicious pancake breakfast, raffle prizes, and a wide variety of senior-focused vendors and resources. You’ll also have the chance to connect with health plan representatives from CCPN-contracted HMO Medicare Advantage Plans. It’s a wonderful opportunity to learn, connect, and celebrate healthy aging with your community.
