“It’s been 1 week since I left SLO, and I find I am sleeping more, dreaming more and relaxing more. All great things. Week 1 was spent in Tarragona, Spain, a coastal town, 40 minutes south of Barcelona, known for its intact Roman ruins, Coastal vibe, proximity to mountains and wine making. Sound familiar? Last 2 days spent in Barcelona.”
