You don’t always see it, but we do.

We notice when you try the harder option even if it feels shaky. We see the focus when something doesn’t click right away and you keep going anyway. We see the deep breaths, the tiny adjustments, the quiet determination when an exercise challenges you. (That’s the way)

As instructors, that effort matters more than absolute perfection. Trying hard, staying curious, and showing up for yourself is the whole point.

Happy Halloween from our vintage PCS team and obviously our greatest cinematic work to date.

Based on a true story of back pain. ;) No skeletons or fairies were harmed in the making of this short film.

Rethink Fitness

Pilates Collective SLO was created in pursuit of helping people move and feel better physically, mentally and beyond. Not only does our studio subscribe to the traditional Pilates method and its benefits but we coined the term “Pilates Collective” as we have adopted tools from other modalities of fitness, physical therapy/rehab and wellness institutions to better serve our clients. It is this collective and collaborative group of ideas, systems, people and energy that make us who we are, have reshaped the way we understand fitness and we are SO HAPPY to share it with you.
