Friday’s sneak peek was everything. 🤍
We’re still deep in construction, but we couldn’t wait any longer to bring our members into the new space. Because a gym isn’t just a building, it’s a feeling. It’s the place where you show up on the hard days, where you push past what you thought was possible, where you let your guard down and trust the process. That kind of space deserves to be built with intention, and more importantly, with the people who make it matter.
So before the drywall goes up and the paint goes on, we wanted our members to leave their mark. Friday’s party gave us the chance to make our first memories in this new space. We invited members to sign the framing, their name, a quote, a word, whatever felt right. And now, no matter what this space looks like when we open, their words will be in the bones of it. Forever.
That’s what this community means to us. You’re not just members. You’re the reason this place exists, the reason we keep building, and the reason we show up every single day.
To everyone who came out, who signed those walls, and who has supported us through this journey, thank you. From the bottom of our hearts.

500 workouts in, and this woman who once struggled to stay consistent at a gym now can’t picture her life without this one. She’s stronger, she feels it in her whole body, she’s surrounded by people she genuinely loves — and the coaches? She thinks they’re all fantastic (we think she’s pretty fantastic too).

Cheers to 500, Rachael. Can’t wait to workout with you for the next 500 times!

Days-long soreness isn’t a badge of honor. It’s a sign you overdid it. Spreading your training across 3-4 sessions a week means better mechanics, steadier progress in strength and mobility, and more energy for the life you’re actually living, not just the hour you spend working out.

500 workouts isn’t a gym goal. It’s proof of something bigger, that what happens inside these walls is actually showing up in your real life. In the hikes, the grandkids, the trips, the mornings that feel good. Judith has been collecting that proof for years, quietly and consistently, even across seasons away from SLO. She keeps coming back — not because she has to, but because it works. Congratulations, Judith. 🎉
