This might surprise you, but a lot of our nutrition clients (like this one!) are actually under-fueling for their activity level. It’s usually not intentional, by the way. Life gets busy, workouts pick up, and “healthier” choices can sometimes leave you under-fueled without even realizing it.
Signs it might be happening 👀
• Low energy in workouts or throughout the day
• Not getting stronger despite consistency
• Lingering soreness
• Feeling lightheaded or hitting a wall mid-workout
• Constantly thinking about food
• Poor sleep or waking up at night
• Irritability (hello, hangry)
• For women, changes in your cycle
