I host a support & education group for family members of those struggling with an eating disorder.

We know eating disorders don’t just affect the individual, but everyone close to them. If you are a parent/guardian, sibling, spouse/SO, best friend, or other close family member – please join us to get the support YOU need.

We will discuss topics such as: what to say/not say; what it’s like to have an ED; treatment options; how to take care of yourself; and the knowledge you are not alone – there are others you can talk to about this!

Family members of a single client can join each session for just $80 per “family.” (ex: 2 parents and a sibling are $80 total).

This group is FREE for my paid consulting families.

As dietitians, we often encounter clients with food and body-related challenges. They may not meet the threshold of a formal eating disorder diagnosis, but still pose a significant risk to physical and mental well-being.
In this engaging and practical Learning Lab, Libby Parker (eating disorder specialist dietitian and CEDS-C) will help you confidently recognize red flags for disordered eating in real-life settings and give you the tools to take appropriate action.
You’ll learn how to:
Differentiate between disordered eating and eating disorders
Spot behaviors that don’t always show up on a diagnostic checklist
Navigate weight-focused conversations with more nuance and care
