We had so much fun celebrating our incredible team this week!

Together, we honored the dedication and service of staff who’ve reached career milestones--serving with us from 6 months to 25 years! 🌟

Each person—no matter how long they’ve been here—contributes to providing Hope, Stability, Support and Empowerment to the children, youth, and families we serve, helping them on their paths to healing and self-sufficiency.

A special congratulations to our two amazing team members celebrating 25 years of service! Your compassion and leadership continue to inspire us all. 💜

Through Family Care Network, Cruz was matched with a therapist who could not only address his trauma, but could build upon his incredible strength. 💪✨

🌟 Rather than asking Cruz to set aside his heritage, his therapist embraced family traditions, music, and storytelling as powerful tools for healing.

Thanks to your support, culturally responsive care was available to Cruz—helping him discover his voice and carve out his path forward.

At 14, Cruz lived in fear. Childhood trauma left him struggling with nightmares, panic attacks, and the feeling that he wasn’t safe even in his own skin. His mom longed to help but didn’t know how. 💔

Today, we are also wearing purple to raise awareness for Domestic Violence Awareness Month and to honor the courage and resilience of survivors everywhere. 💜

Our staff wanted to show their support, to spark open conversation, and to reaffirm our shared commitment to ending violence and promoting safety for all.

Domestic violence thrives in silence—when we wear purple, we break that silence.

Today is LGBTQ+ Spirit Day, and our staff joined millions around the world in wearing purple to show their support for LGBTQ+ youth. 💜

Young people still face bullying and rejection for being who they are. Spirit Day is our reminder to speak up, stand firm, and create communities rooted in compassion and acceptance.

To every young person who needs to hear it:
You are brave.
You are loved.
You belong here—exactly as you are.

Today, we join in honoring Indigenous Peoples’ Day by taking time to listen—to stories, truths, and histories that have always been here, even when they weren’t taught.

This day invites all of us to relearn—to move beyond myths and celebrate the strength, culture, and wisdom of Indigenous communities.

Let’s use this day to reflect on what it means to live in relationship with each other with empathy and humility.
