Thoughts that came to me while working with clients part 1.

What do you have to do to be your own home?Having yourself be your safe space instead of relying on someone or something else.

This can be another way of "learning to love yourself" or being comfortable with yourself.

People , mindsets, homes, and situations change. What you do have, consistently, is yourself and your body in this lifetime.

If this resonates, I would suggest journaling, meditating, or otherwise considering this question for yourself.
