August 1st will begin with a healing conversation around “opening the heart and freeing our mind”

We will pull cards, play with crystals and set our intentions and energy before going into a Psychic Energy Healing Activation and Shamanic Healing Journey into the other realms to receive healing and reignite our passions! Feeling stuck and slumpy???

Spirit LOVES when we have fun so this workshop will be deep and cathartic as always and especially when we work with the heart space but we will end with a light hearted stretch flow and dance partie to clear the energy we need to move forward.

Class #1 on July 18: Enter The Body and The Emotions, this class will be focused on using our body as a vessel to receive psychic information and allowing emotions to move thru us as intuitive messages, focusing on training, developing and understanding, Clairscientence, Psychic Feeling, which is often referred to as being an “EMPATH”

In this class we will begin with a short informational chat, we will go thru some guided exercises to work with our body and our emotions as psychic tools, practicing using our bodies as a pendulum, followed by some Psychic demonstrations, ending with a guided energy healing experience and group Reading to open up and connect with our psychic abilities and consciousness. Aka Activate!!!
