To Our Valued Patients:

We have been closely tracking developments related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are staying up to date with recommendations from the American Dental Association.

At this time, per the recommendations from the American Dental Association, Dr. Anna Durkin has decided to keep a minimum schedule for emergency dental services only. Our staff will be calling to rescheduling all the upcoming appointments. Feel free to call us to reschedule if you are scheduled in the next two weeks.

If you have an urgent need during this time, such as dental pain, we will be available for emergency appointments. Please call our office to determine the best course of action for your specific situation.

We will continue to monitor the recommendations of the health officials and keep you updated. We will communicate via email or text message.

To our highly valued Patients,

In light of recent events occurring related to COVID-19 we want to let you know that we are taking precautions to ensure your safety and protect your health as well as the safety and health of our staff.

We have always practiced Universal Precautions which means we treat everyone as if they have a contagious illness, this requires that we use gloves, masks, protective eyewear and protective outer garments. We wash our hands before and after each patient encounter. We’ve always done this as a best practice to ensure the well-being of our staff and patients. These Universal Precautions are easy and effective to prevent passing illness from one to another.

In our office we are spending extra attention on disinfecting all touchable surfaces (counters, light switches, door knobs/handles, phones, pens, keyboards, etc). We use hospital grade disinfectant to kill viruses and bacteria.

We will provide you with hand sanitizer to disinfect your hands when you arrive.

We will take your temperature once we get you back to the treatment room.

We will inquire about any recent travel to any areas of high COVID-19 activity (US and out of country).

We will provide an oral rinse prior to beginning treatment.

Lastly, we ask only well patients attend to their appointments (here and other appointments). If you have a fever, are experiencing a new and worrisome cough, or have difficulty breathing we ask you reschedule your appointment with us.
