Social media myth we’re leaving in 2024: “The algorithm is out to get you.” 🙄💄

Let’s be real…the algorithm isn’t a hater, it’s just a mirror. If your content isn’t hitting, it’s not personal, it’s just data. 📉💅

2025 energy?
Test, tweak, and work with the algorithm, not against it.

Finals week means late nights, long study sessions, and a mix of overwhelming emotions. You deserve a break to relax and recharge.

If you’re going out, keep a clear mind and plan for a safe, sober ride. Impaired driving isn’t just about alcohol; stress, anxiety, sleep deprivation, and other substances can also impair your ability to drive safely.

Stay alert, stay safe, and tackle finals the healthy way.

Happy Earth Day, Bobcats.

Today we’re taking a moment to appreciate the natural beauty of our TXST campus — from the San Marcos River to the tree-lined paths we walk every day.

We’re grateful to be part of a place where nature and learning go hand in hand. Let this be a reminder to care for the spaces that care for us.

Good times start with good choices. Enjoy 4/20 responsibly.

Cannabis affects areas of the brain that control your body’s movements, balance, coordination, memory, and judgment. (CDC, 2023) All the things you need to drive safely. Mixing cannabis and alcohol? Even riskier. Even if you feel okay, your body isn’t ready for the road. Using alcohol and cannabis together can significantly increase impairment while driving.

So what can you do?
• Set up a comfortable spot to relax.
• Know your limits and stick to them.
• If you’re going out, have a safe and sober ride planned.

You have options. Keep yourself and your friends safe. For more information, visit our impaired driving website using the link in our bio.
