NEW IN THE OFFICE
We are excited to announce that since November, 2022, we now have the Verifit 2, the latest in hearing aid fitting technology equipment. The Verifit 2 is the “gold standard” that validates accurate prescriptive hearing aid fittings and adjustments through “real ear measurement.”

What is real ear measurement?
Simply put, this test verifies that the settings on your hearing aid are providing soft and loud sounds at the correct amplification. Instead of solely relying on your report of how things sound, or a test box estimation of your hearing aid’s performance, real ear measurement allows you to see the actual sounds and speech you’re able to hear. It ensures you have maximum audibility and clarity of speech with your hearing aids.

Welcome to Gwynn Martin. Our new Patient Care Coordinator.

Gwynn, a native of San Diego’s North County, comes to us from a 16-year career as a credit manager for a local oil and petroleum distributor. During her career she gained important skills in customer service and office management, including accounting and bookkeeping. At the start of 2020, we “made an offer she couldn’t refuse” to join our family team.

Gwynn is committed to providing amazing customer service and a seamless experience from the front to the back of the office. Her favorite part of work has always been assisting her customers, and she brings that same enthusiasm to our office every day.

When Gwynn is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, listening to music, reading, and playing video games.
