Astrology- January 11-17

We've forged a new foundation to receive the entirety of our soul selves, but we're being asked to 'stretch' and to allow ourselves to 'crack' now, which is exposing some vulnerabilities before we move through the 'final boss' energy associated with the Jan 18 New Moon in Capricorn ♑️.

As we head into the weekend, the triple conjunction between the Sun, Venus and Mars in Capricorn continues as all three planetary bodies oppose Jupiter in Cancer.

As we continue to concentrate our desires, actions and creativity it is helping us to become more aware of our authenticity which can have the effect of making it more clear to ourselves where we are overextending our energy into involvements that no longer serve us.

As this occurs, it also has a way of turning us toward 'openings' and pathways that we may not have previously recognized as viable, but which now appear to show the promise of possibility as a result of our growing internal awareness...

This is what it feels like for a snail that has outgrown it's shell and has to make the choice to risk vulnerability in order to more appropriately 'contain' itself!

2026 won't allow us to continue 'playing small', and as the energy begins to accelerate from the spring onward, it will behoove us to ride the waves of expansion while trusting ourselves to move through any perceived risks.

Coming off of the weekend Full Moon in Cancer, this week features a rare triple conjunction between the Sun, Venus and Mars in Capricorn.

New cycles of desire, action and creativity are anchoring in and 'landing' with intention as we commit inwardly to ourselves on a soul level with regards to our authentic alignment as we prepare for a potentially rapidly changing landscape in the outer world over the coming months.

If we can focus this energy and harness it toward some permanent redirections we will find ourselves open to expanding our possibilities in ways that may be both exciting as well as uncomfortable by the time we get to the weekend...

This year will really get 'moving' in the spring and the more that we align with and engage with the process of preparing ourselves for the ride now, the easier it will be to make the necessary adjustments in our lives to accommodate what comes next!

Not everything is in our control which makes it all the more important to take responsibility for those things that ARE within our control in the now moment.

EXPANDING to make room (Jan 4-10)

**FULL MOON 13° CANCER - FRI JAN 3 - 2:02AM PST**

The New Year begins with a Full Moon in Cancer that opposes a triple conjunction between Venus, Mars and the Sun in Capricorn while aspecting the Moon's nodes and also highlighting the end of an ongoing square between Jupiter in Cancer and Chiron in Aries.

We're completing a long journey into our own self-acceptance and the New Year starts with some internal revelations regarding just how much we've grown as well as exactly where our authentic hearts are expanding towards.

This allows us to more effectively concentrate our energy as we establish new cycles of creativity and action that effortlessly align with our soul intentions while also providing us with an opportunity to move away from our egoic doubts and perceived limitations by confronting them as they 'come up'...

Discarding old habits is easier now and so is committing to our sovereign authenticity which can allow us to form a firm foundation from which we can operate throughout, not only this year, but for many years to come!

Whether we are conscious of it or not, we truly do 'hold the reigns' for our lives from here forward.

We are ending a 9-year numerological cycle as well as transitioning from the year of the Wood Snake into the year of the Fire Horse.

In addition, a new Saturn-Neptune cycle initiates early in 2026 at 0° Aries ♈️ ushering in a new stage of societal evolution!

Moving through the final days of 2025, Mercury in Sagittarius follows up on last week's New Moon in Sagittarius by trining Chiron in Aries and squaring both Saturn and Neptune in Pisces.

The process of coming into self-acceptance has not been easy over the past several years and, with the end of 2025 (9 year), we're leaving behind old ego-protective versions of ourselves that were always meant to be temporary.

Our experiences over the past few weeks have been confirming this as situations have arisen that have tempted us back into older versions of ourselves and yet it has felt more intuitively comfortable to act in alignment with our highest soul selves than to 'shrink' back into the habits that had always appeared to keep us safe...

Old patterns are not coming into our awareness to actually tempt us, but instead, to show us that they are 'evaporating' out of our lives permanently which will leave us wide open to 'house' more of our true soul energy from a space of authentic sovereign alignment!

This transition from 2025 to 2026 holds much more significance than a simple calendar swap.

**NEW MOON 28° SAGITTARIUS - FRI DEC 19 - 5:43PM PST**

Friday's New Moon in Sagittarius joins Venus in Sagittarius while forming a trine to Chiron in Aries and squaring both Saturn and Neptune in Pisces as Jupiter in Cancer squares Chiron in Aries.

Before we can lay the foundational beliefs that will hold the space for the highest expression of our souls, we're aligning our souls with our hearts as we allow old unconscious paradigms to gradually evaporate on both a personal and collective level.

This is a profound process, and yet, it requires little effort on our part as the stage is set and our only role in it is like that of being in the chrysalis phase where we have released the caterpillar and it's constraints as we lay the groundwork for the expansiveness of the butterfly phase...

We are certainly in a vulnerable state and it is the experiences from the past 9 years that have helped us to grow into self-acceptance and to prepare us for the self-responsibility and the sovereign authority that is coming as a result!

What needs to leave our space is leaving now and, in retrospect, we will see it as the blessing that it is.
