In 2023 alone:

- 3 million patients received diabetes care, with 70% reaching A1c control
- 5.7 million were treated for high blood pressure, and 65% achieved blood pressure control

We’re kicking off National Health Center Week (NHCW) with a reflection on how far TrueCare has come and how much we’ve grown. In 1971, a small group of health professionals came together to provide comprehensive and affordable quality health care to underserved communities.

They launched North County Health Services to provide individuals and families with compassionate, comprehensive health care services.

From our first health care clinic opening in 1974 we have grown into a network of thriving health centers.

We are one week away from our Flourish & Nourish Health Fair and Breast Milk Drive, happening Saturday August 9th at TrueCare Vista Way from 10 am - 1pm!

In addition to celebrating National Health Center Week, we are hosting a breast milk drive during our health fair to collect nutritious human donor milk to babies in need.
