I find it so fascinating that each time I hold a Kundalini Activation Light Integration (KALI) workshop, the experience is completely unique—deeper, richer, and full of new insights for both myself and the participants. Every time someone shares, there’s a new expression of what was felt—each one a reflection of the immense power within us and the greater power that surrounds us. Whether you call it God, the Universe, or our Creator, we return to that energy every time. And that, in itself, is so powerful: when we return to ourselves, we meet each other as one.

This afternoon’s KALI & Breathwork session was so amazing. The combination of movement and breath opened the space for deep release, clarity, and connection.

We witnessed beautiful shifts and are so grateful to everyone who showed up with open hearts. There’s something truly special about merging these two modalities. KALI invites us to awaken our inner energy and release what no longer serves, while Breathwork opens the heart and body to receive, reset, and restore.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts. We are grateful to facilitate this work and to witness the beauty of what unfolds when you surrender to the process.

Our next workshop might be coming again soon—stay tuned! If you’re feeling the call to go deeper within yourself, we’d love to hold space for your transformation.

So grateful to have finished offering a Reiki session today.🙏 During a session, I pull a few Oracle cards for the recipient.
