It was so great to be back at for my first Heart Radiance KALI session of the season after Summer break! It means so much when people show up for a workshop like this. With all the chaos, fears, and trauma in the world right now, it’s a great reminder that there is also love, peace, and joy… and it all starts with ourselves. I find it so fascinating that each time I hold a Kundalini Activation Light Integration (KALI) workshop, the experience is completely unique—deeper, richer, and full of new insights for both myself and the participants. Every time someone shares, there’s a new expression of what was felt—each one a reflection of the immense power within us and the greater power that surrounds us. Whether you call it God, the Universe, or our Creator, we return to that energy every time. And that, in itself, is so powerful: when we return to ourselves, we meet each other as one.

This afternoon’s KALI & Breathwork session was so amazing. The combination of movement and breath opened the space for deep release, clarity, and connection.

We witnessed beautiful shifts and are so grateful to everyone who showed up with open hearts. There’s something truly special about merging these two modalities. KALI invites us to awaken our inner energy and release what no longer serves, while Breathwork opens the heart and body to receive, reset, and restore.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts. We are grateful to facilitate this work and to witness the beauty of what unfolds when you surrender to the process.

Our Story

Awarded Best Reiki Therapist in Solana Beach 2019, mb massage & bodywork is a small business located in the San Diego area. Maricel is a Certified Massage Therapist and Reiki Master who feels massage therapy and Reiki is a lifestyle that she wishes to share with the world. Her office location is in Solana Beach, California. Maricel was born in San Diego and raised in Temecula, California. She studied at the Healing Hands School of Holistic Arts in Escondido and, shortly after, began working for several chiropractors, spas, and resorts. Maricel has also continued her studies at Balanced Energies Reiki and Shamanism school in Temecula, where she has studied under a shaman. She is now back in San Diego, and ready to continue her adventure in the healing arts. Maricel also studied at a local Sacred Lomi® retreat which is rooted in the lineage of Kahu Abraham Kawai’i. Abraham Kawaii’s lineage is sometimes referred to as Temple Style Lomi, Hawaiian Temple Bodywork, or Kahuna Bodywork. As a Lomi Lomi specialist and Reiki practitioner, she is grateful to see the world through energy, light, and aloha. Maricel practices yoga, tai chi, and meditation, which she incorporates into her body work.

Maricel is a member of the ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals), supports America’s Veterans and contributes to the Hometown Hero Project in the San Diego area.
