Lots of new things are happenin’ ! So I’d thought I’d take a second to fill you in on all the things we are doing over here.
🌈Hi! My name is Kristen. 🤷♀️✨😂 I love rainbows, plants, and all black everything. 🤣 I am an all or nothing whole hearted individual who loves to laugh and who loves her family more than words. I am a mama, a wife and a homesteader based out of central Texas. I am an all around creative-Jane-of-all-trades, who also happens to be a bilingual university graduate with a degree in Psychology, ASL and Studio Arts. I am a certified yoga instructor, SCUBA diver, published author and illustrator, published artist, international retreat organizer and I own two of my own businesses: Southern Shanti and Sacred Springs Event Coordinating. (Note: I like to read, learn and play) I started both of these businesses with the intention of serving and educating others, reducing our eco footprint to help Our Mama, and to help make YOUR life a bit easier, healthier and happier. 🌿✨

🌈Sacred Springs Event Coordinating is my newest business babe, and we are already *almost full* on our booking goals for this year! ✨💛😍 SSEC is a collaboration with fellow creative and baddy, Frances Bowers. We plan everything from parties, quinces, romantic getaways, to WEDDINGS (my fav!), graduations, and honeymoons. I am also an ordained minister and have married 8 couples ⭐️🤗Best part about it all? We are local, LGBTQ+ friendly, and 10% of all earnings goes back to support a natural sacred spring of your choice (we vote Spring Lake!) ⭐️🤗Bare bones website is up, currently working out the deets.

🌈Southern Shanti literally translates to “Southern Peace” and that is my goal and objective since 2015: to spread peace and unity across the south using yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and wellness coaching; and growing and crafting natural body care spa and ritual products fresh from my organic garden to share with my family and my friends. I also love working with stones and crystals making jewelry and Malas that are attuned to your vibrational energies. ✨ Through my own personal health trials and experience (if you remember, you know!!) we overcame and now equipped with the knowledge and experience I have, I wish to spend my life helping others heal from a natural perspective. 💛 If I am unable to grow it, I outsource locally to other small businesses and farms.

🌈We love keeping it local! is a huge deal for me….. which brings me to….. BIG EXCITING THINGS in the future! (If you’re still reading, thank you for coming to my morning coffee rant lol) There’s LOTS of growth ahead, and we are here for the long haul. We pulled through with COVID in 2020, your love and support kept us floating along in 2021, now we are ready to serve you in 2022
