Happy New Year 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣3️⃣!! πŸ€—My word for this year is INTENTIONAL. I am being intentional with how I spend my time, where I spend my time and who I spend my time with. Everyday is a blessing and life is precious, therefore we should treat it as such. 🀩

Do you have a word for this year? Did you set any New Year’s Resolutions in regards to your nutrition or fitness? I know January is a big month to make big CHANGES!
