Almost every year around Audrey’s birthday I post this picture. It’s one of the first pictures ever taken of us together. One of the first pictures after I became a mother. One of the first pictures after my life was forever changed.

Becoming her mom has pushed me to grow in ways I didn’t know I needed to or was even capable of.⁣ She makes me a better person and the world a better place.

Feeding experiences are as different as we are, our bodies, and our babies. There can be judgment for the moms who don’t, can’t or stop breastfeeding, and then the other end of the spectrum for moms who are told they breastfed too long.

The Family Room supports moms through their breastfeeding journeys with research-based information, encouragement, tips and tricks, and hugs on a weekly basis at our feeding support groups.

We also support, families no matter how you became one, maternal mental health, and knowing what is best for your family. Always.

Because we aren’t meant to do parenthood alone. And yes, sometimes there are mimosas at Parent & Me graduation. 🥂🎓
