Dr. Toan Nguyen was born and raised in Kansas where he practiced optometry for four years before finally joining his wife, Dr. Julie Phan, in sunny southern California. It was always their dream to own and operate a private optometry practice ever since they were both in optometry school. Their goal is to build a practice focused on delivering patient-centric care with an emphasis on exceptional individualized service. Our doctors believe that the first step to a successful treatment plan is to listen.
