Dr. Toan Nguyen was born and raised in Kansas where he practiced optometry for four years before finally joining his wife, Dr. Julie Phan, in sunny southern California. It was always their dream to own and operate a private optometry practice ever since they were both in optometry school. Their goal is to build a practice focused on delivering patient-centric care with an emphasis on exceptional i

Add a flashlight + glow sticks or reflective tape so drivers spot you and your child!

🧼 Gentle makeup rule
Keep glitter/liner away from the lash line, and remove face paint before bed with tear-free wipes to prevent irritation.
