Dr. Toan Nguyen was born and raised in Kansas where he practiced optometry for four years before finally joining his wife, Dr. Julie Phan, in sunny southern California. It was always their dream to own and operate a private optometry practice ever since they were both in optometry school. Their goal is to build a practice focused on delivering patient-centric care with an emphasis on exceptional individualized service. We live in a world where innovation and new technologies has provided short cuts and instant results in many aspects of our lives, but we understand that great patient care still revolves around quality time the doctor spends focused on you. This approach to health care is time tested and we are fully committed to it in our practice. We look forward to building our future together with you and your family and hope to see you soon.

No costume contacts unless prescribed by an eye doctor - they can scratch young eyes and cause infections.

Add a flashlight + glow sticks or reflective tape so drivers spot you and your child!

🧼 Gentle makeup rule
Keep glitter/liner away from the lash line, and remove face paint before bed with tear-free wipes to prevent irritation.
