Richie brings over a decade of experience in youth ministry and offers a compassionate and supportive approach to counseling. He holds a Master’s degree in Theology and Ministry and a Bachelor’s degree in Youth Ministry. Outside of counseling, he enjoys video games and board games.

Richie values empathy, trust, and personal growth, seeking to walk alongside individuals as they navigate challenges and move toward healing and hope. He strives to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

Hello, my name is Adena Arceneaux.

Being born in San Francisco and raised in the Bay Area surrounded by an abundance of diversity has afforded me a myriad of opportunities and invaluable experiences, enriching and impacting my life in such a powerful way! My purpose and passion in this field are easily visible, as I seek to be a vessel that brings hope and healing to the lives of those who experience challenges with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, codependent, and self-sabotaging behaviors, and cultural and family of origin challenges. Additionally, serving those who take interest in the areas of developing healthy boundaries, enriching their relationships, or simply wanting to explore optimizing their self-care practices and routines, is an expertise of mine.
