I knew this day was coming at some point, but now that it’s here I am 😢. Today is Dr. Janal’s last day as she is off to her new adventures in Arizona! She has grown into an awesome chiropractor over our time together and I know she will continue to be in the future. This is hopefully not a “Goodbye”, but more of “See you later 😁”

What is ART?
Active Release Technique is a non-invasive approach to address soft tissue and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Since she is just starting with the lower extremities, Dr. Janal can help you work through issues affecting the feet, ankles, legs, knees, and hips. These can include the following:

Runner’s knee
Plantar fasciitis
Compartment syndrome
Nerve entrapments
Ligament Sprains
Shin splints
Iliotibial band (ITB) syndrome
