In time we become aware of the sanctity within and without.
Through a mindful and skillful breathing practice, all internal systems are positively influenced and balanced. The immune system gets stronger as we consciously nourish the blood with fresh oxygen, the rhythm and sounds of the breath calm the nervous systems and a sense of well-being infuses. The quality of the asanas/postures evolves; the reflective and meditative states of consciousness while being attentive to the breath consequently show us the way to a stress reduced and ultimately stress free life.
This pranayama class will give you a solid foundation of the variant breathing techniques. Class ends with a 15 minute meditation.
