Join us at the Walnut Creek Senior Resource Fair for a morning of learning, connection, and practical guidance. 🧡

From 9:30–11:30 AM at Saint Matthew, you’ll have access to free, expert-led mini workshops covering everything from changing family roles and senior living options to brain health, mobility, and technology.

Our East Bay General Manager, Bevi, will be speaking about dementia, sharing insight drawn from her deep experience in gerontology and care management. Bevi and our Director of Education, Camille, will also be there to meet, answer questions, and connect with families throughout the morning.

Care management includes appointments, coordination, and follow-through. And, it also includes shared moments that build trust and ease nerves along the way.

On a routine visit that included a doctor’s appointment, our care manager and client shared a laugh on the walk in. A small moment, but one that reminds us how powerful human connection can be, especially in healthcare settings that can feel stressful or overwhelming.

Sometimes the best medicine is knowing someone is right there with you.
