冬至是身體『儲存陽光』的關鍵時刻。寒從腳起，溫水泡腳15分鐘，加入艾葉生薑。黑色入腎，多吃黑色食物，滋養根本。動靜相宜，避寒就溫，運動宜緩。食補有方，北方餃子，南方湯圓，暖身暖心。
