Resident of the Month: Ann Aroyan
Meet Ann Aroyan, who found the perfect blend of community, adventure, and peaceful retreat here at Sterling Court. After moving in this past April, Ann quickly made herself at home—whether she’s hopping on the bus for local excursions, joining neighborhood walks, or enjoying the serenity of her third-floor apartment filled with music and memories.

A retired teacher, lifelong learner, and piano enthusiast, Ann brings creativity, warmth, and a joyful spirit to everything she does. We’re so grateful she chose to make Sterling Court her home!
