Here is my recent write-up about ADHD traits, ADHD coaching, and who can benefit from it. I talk about the "interest-based" brain wiring and other aspects of the ADHD brain that could be both "a gift and a curse."

I hope to add more clarity to the topic of ADHD and ADHD coaching.

We are happy to introduce ADHD Coaching to children, families, and adults. Combined with our Anat Baniel Method NeuroMovement practice, we now have many more ways to help a whole person via powerful modalities, from movement with awareness and multi-sensory learning to verbal coaching.

During the last week of March, Olga and I will be donating 10% of our proceeds to vetted charities offering humanitarian help for Ukrainian children. It is the least we can do, seeing what's happening and given our Ukrainian roots. #
