Manifestation Through NeuroArt | Vision Board Meets Neurographica-Inspired Drawing

In this video, I guide you through a powerful creative practice using NeuroArt, inspired by the basic Neurographica algorithm, to support manifestation.

You'll start with a vision board and move into a mindful process that helps activate your neural pathways, align your energy, and bring your vision to life.

This approach blends creativity, neuroscience, and intention, allowing you to:
🤍 Visually map your desires
🤍 Engage your body and nervous system in the manifestation process
🤍 Connect your goals to universal support and inner wisdom

No artistic skill needed—just your presence, vision, and curiosity.

New video on my YouTube channel!

In this video, I’ll share how I use NeuroArt, inspired by Neurographica, as a creative and scientific approach to support focus and retention while listening!

NeuroArt can support those who want to enhance their learning, process material more effectively, and increase their capacity to absorb information while engaging their creativity.

WHY IT WORKS:
🤍 Doodling or kinesthetic processing helps with active listening and memory retention.
🤍 It taps into dual coding theory, where information is visually and verbally processed.
🤍 It’s especially useful for kinesthetic learners or those with ADHD tendencies.

In this video, I’ll guide you through a simple NeuroArt composition you can try while listening to an audiobook, lecture, work presentation, or podcast!

“Just believe in yourself.”
It sounds simple. But for many of us, it’s anything but.

If you’ve ever struggled with self-doubt, procrastination, or a lack of motivation, it’s not because you’re lazy, broken, or less worthy or capable of success. It’s because your nervous system might be doing exactly what it was trained to do—protect you.

When we grow up with childhood wounds, inconsistent support, or adverse experiences, our inner voice forms beliefs that say:

“I’m not good enough.”
“It’s safer to stay small.”
“What if I fail?”

These beliefs quietly shape how we show up in the world. They whisper doubts, drain our energy and convince us to shrink back, even though we desire to become more expansive.

But here’s the truth: what was once protection is now limitation.
And we can rewrite the narrative.

Through coaching and therapy, we learn how to gently meet these parts of ourselves, understand their origins, and begin to trust our own inner voice. We cultivate a new kind of motivation—one rooted not in fear or perfectionism, but in compassion and integrity.

Yes, it takes time.
Yes, it’s hard work.

But your belief in yourself can rebuild—and it’s one of the most powerful things you’ll ever do. Belief in yourself isn’t just a mindset shift — it’s a healing process.

💬 What’s one dream you’ve put on hold because of self-doubt?

It’s never too late to begin again.

Starting over in your 40s—or at any age—can feel daunting, uncertain, and at times, deeply uncomfortable. But it can also be the most courageous, meaningful choice you’ll ever make.

Three years ago, I made the decision to return to school to earn my Master’s in Counseling Psychology. I was a single mom, juggling responsibilities that often felt overwhelming. Along the way, I downsized my life, stepped back from things that once brought me comfort and joy, and redefined what it meant to be present—for myself, and for those I love.

This month, I graduate and will soon begin my new role as a therapist at while continuing the path toward dual licensure as both an LMFT and LPCC. It’s taken commitment, time, and sacrifice. And I’m still on the journey.

If you’re standing at the edge of a change—whether it’s a new career, a life transition, or simply choosing yourself—this is your reminder: you don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to begin.

You are not too late. You are right on time.

I participated in an expressive arts and drama therapy workshop this week to help process the multitude of feelings oscillating within and without. During that workshop, I created these visual expressions of what it feels like to be a Jew during these very dark days.

Expressive arts therapy constitutes a potent method for circumventing the dominion of the rational intellect and delving directly into the core of those elusive facets that frequently remain concealed within our innermost selves.

I am not a religious person, but I am a JEW, and it’s time I speak up.

As I sit here in my car, tears streaming down my face for the fourth time today, I am reminded of the unspeakable atrocities my ancestors endured. They were murdered, tortured, burned, gassed, executed, hung, and expelled from countless countries throughout history.

Israel, our homeland, is the only place where we can truly feel safe. It was given to us after the genocide of SIX MILLION Jews and centuries of relentless persecution and expulsion.

While I advocate for peace and acknowledge the flaws in Israel's policies, I can no longer remain silent.

The surge of antisemitism I am witnessing in America today surpasses anything I have ever experienced. The hate-filled posts from individuals I once admired, who are now using their social media platforms to perpetuate harm and destruction, is beyond comprehension.

I challenge you to confront me face to face with your bigotry.

To my friends and colleagues who have chosen not to share your compassion for this horrifying act of terrorism against MY PEOPLE, your silence speaks volumes. I will never forget, and we must never forget.

May the lives of the innocent, precious souls on all sides of this conflict be shielded from harm. May those held hostage find a swift and secure path back to their homes. May our world be blessed with peace and a resolute resolution to this turmoil. Above all, let us be guided by love, not hate, as we navigate these challenging times.
