Hello everyone! Just a friendly reminder that Bella Vita will be open on Veterans Day, tomorrow and will be observing the holiday on Monday instead.

•Dr. Papi will be out of office Monday 11/14 and Tuesday 11/15.

•Our assistant Shayna will be in on Monday afternoon if anyone is interested on getting on any of our tables (DRX, KDT, or Electrical Stimulation).

As it’s starting to get into the colder, our bodies will try to adapt and unfortunately that sometimes hurts it. Especially with us that have arthritis, the cold can be so painful.

Remember to try to stay hydrated, wear warm and layered clothes, and try to keep some motion in your joints, even indoors!

The office threw a surprise baby shower for Adriana today! Her last day in the office is this Friday the 4th and will return after some well deserved time with her baby boy.
