I teach Kid's Yoga in San Francisco and Marin County at daycares, preschools and events for Golden Gate Mothers Group. I use my heart and my intuition to guide me. I enjoy what is most genuine and beautiful about children, their spirit. Working with children has given me the experience and knowledge to understand their body language, personality, and psychological developments so that I feel I have learned to be in touch with what is going on in their little minds. This is a wonderful journey!
