In a relaxing and peaceful studio, Bikram Hot Yoga teaches twenty-six posture exercises each class to systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood throughout your entire body. Through the tourniquet effect, which utilizes balancing, stretching and creating pressure- each organ and fiber will be restored to a healthy order for vibrant health and a natural sense of well being. Focusing on our postures being developed in 105 degree heat and 40% humidity, Bikram Hot Yoga San Mateo brings you an authentic and effective Bikram yoga experience. Whether you are new in your practice, or are continuing your dedication to yoga, Bikram Hot Yoga and our series of 26 will enhance mind and body, relax, strengthen, reshape, and heal all of you in 90 minutes.
