LifeLong Medical Care LifeLong Medical Care offers comprehensive high-quality health, dental, and social services to all ages and all incomes.

LifeLong Medical Care is a nonprofit community health center network. We provide high-quality medical, dental, and behavioral health services to people of all ages regardless of ability to pay or immigration status. We assist patients with enrolling in social services and benefit programs such as Medi-Cal and SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program). Patients of LifeLong Medical Care have access to a wide variety of providers, wellness programs, and other resources.

We celebrate older adults—and the legacy that inspired our mission.

In 1976, Berkeley’s Gray Panthers founded the Over 60 Health Center to meet the growing need for elder care. That vision became LifeLong Medical Care.

Nearly 50 years later, we’re proud that the Over 60 Health Center has earned the Committed to Care Excellence designation—the highest honor from the Age-Friendly Health System initiative.

🚲✨ Health isn’t just a destination—it’s a journey we ride together.

Last weekend, Dr. Daphne Miller from LifeLong’s William Jenkins Health Center joined Rich City Rides and STEAM the Streets for a shoreline ride through Richmond—celebrating movement, connection, and health.

These rides do more than promote physical wellness. They lift spirits, reduce carbon emissions, and strengthen the bonds between neighbors and clinicians. When our providers show up in parks, on sidewalks, and along the waterfront, they build trust beyond the walls of our health centers.

Grateful to our partners and riders for making space for joy, movement, and shared purpose. Health starts with showing up—for each other and for our communities. 💙
