My dear friends,
How are you guys doing? Here's my favorite video of the week.
Last week I was in a 4-day, Tony Robbins, Unleash the Power Within: November 2023, full immersion program (the one where he has folks walk across hot coals,) and I was totally motivated and inspired. It was great.
I did it virtually, so instead of the firewalk, I karate-chopped a piece of wood in two!
Anyway, he ended the weekend with a 10-day vital health challenge for all of us. So, I posted this on the UPW group and challenged others to follow along.
I make a couple of references at the end of the video to some of the lessons we learned at the workshop, so if you don't connect with what I say, don't worry, I'll break it down for you later.
I'm wondering who wants to do another Sit'n'Fit challenge?
