As a native of the area and love for the coast, Dr. Hoinsky is serving the South Bay one chiropractic treatment at a time! Her primary course of care includes evaluation, spinal manipulation (adjustments), therapeutic exercises, and various modalities that targets what each patient needs.
Dr. Hoinsky graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences (Los Angeles Chiropractic College) with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Prior to studying at Chiropractic School, she attended California State University Dominguez Hills and received a B.A. in Kinesiology: Pre-Physical Therapy.
She believes that chiropractic care is about learning, understanding and taking care of your body to improve your quality of life. With patients of all ages, she prides herself in making it a priority to get to know everyone like they are family and treating each patient individually.
Dr. Hoinsky’s practice is located inside Vital Health Center, in the heart of San Pedro. She works alongside many practitioners in an integrative setting, including: Acupuncturists, a Doctor of Osteopathy, another Chiropractor, as well as massage therapists.
