What if your “control”, is protection…

Everyone wants to heal…
until it actually starts happening.

Because real healing doesn’t look like peace.
It looks like losing control.
Crying for no reason.
Feeling things you buried years ago.

And a lot of people?
They don’t let it go that far.

They stay in control.
They stay “regulated.”
They stay “fine.”

But that’s not healing.
That’s protection.

At some point…
you have to stop managing your emotions
and actually feel them.

You have to let it get messy.
You have to let yourself fall apart.

Not because you’re broken…
but because you’re finally safe enough
to stop pretending you’re not.

So if things feel chaotic right now…
good.

Something real is trying to come through.

What are you waiting for? Is that something you tell yourself quite often? ✨

Sometimes it’s good to ask ourselves that and hold ourselves accountable. And sometimes, we use those words to intellectualize and bypass the deep root of it all.

When we still have unprocessed trauma and are operating from the subconscious, we can be the ones in our own way. But hitting survival with a hammer…“the negative self-talk” can push us further into that space.

Our body may be reacting from a time when being seen was not physically safe. And operating from freeze today may mean we don’t go for the opportunity because we don’t know if it’s safe.

I lived in this state of survival and freeze.

When I started to show myself compassion in those moments, to breathe and pause, it took time, but my body finally caught up. It felt it all. It felt the anger. It connected to emotions that never had the chance to move through.

When it feels safe enough to be in your body, you start to remember… it’s safe enough to take the opportunity.

You are the Creator — Yes even with doubt…✨

We often hear “you create your reality,” but what happens when doubt shows up? This is your reminder that doubt isn’t failure…it’s an invitation. An invitation to slow down, to feel, and to meet the parts of you that didn’t get the space before. True creation doesn’t come from bypassing fear, it comes from holding space for it, understanding it, and allowing it to move through you. That’s where your power lives.

If doubt is here, hold space for it.
There may be fear underneath.

Fear of being seen.
Judged.
Misunderstood.

That fear didn’t come from nowhere.
It’s connected to something you didn’t get to feel before.

So give yourself the space now.
To feel it.
To process it.
To hold that version of you.

This is how you reclaim your power.
