3 Ways to Grow Your Intuition 🌿
Intuition doesn’t shout.
It whispers—and you hear it when you slow down.
1️⃣ Come back into your body
Be present with your breath.
Feel your heart beating.
Notice the pulses in your body.
Feel your feet. Feel the ground holding you.
2️⃣ Observe without judgment
Watch your thoughts and actions like a gentle witness.
No fixing. No labeling. Just awareness.
3️⃣ Slow everything down
Try moving in slow motion for 3 minutes.
Breathe slower and deeper.
Do a repetitive task—cleaning, dishes, wiping a surface—and be fully there.
Speak more slowly. Enunciate clearly.
Slowness creates space.
