Welcome to the SPEAK OUT BY BIOMARIN HEMOPHILIA page! This is an open community for people with hemophilia, their caregivers and advocates, as well as the friends and family who support them. Together, we will amplify your voices and transform hemophilia community engagement. We encourage you to like, follow, and participate in the SPEAK OUT BY BIOMARIN HEMOPHILIA community.
