25 years ago, I showed up at my first conference as a young coach just trying to figure it out. I filled notebooks, watched every session I could, and quietly hoped that one day I’d be on the presenting side instead of in the back row.
Those events shaped the way I coach, introducing me to mentors, new ideas, and a completely different way of looking at movement and performance.
Last year in Los Angeles, I finally had the chance to step onto that stage.
This June, I’m grateful to be back, this time in Chicago. 📍
I’ll be presenting: “Beyond the Hamstring: How Single Leg Patterns Correct the Kinetic Chain and Transform Performance.” We’ll dig into why single leg patterns are often the missing link for performance, injury prevention, and longevity, going far beyond traditional squat and powerlifting approaches. With the NFL pouring over $100 million into understanding hamstring injuries, it’s clear that most systems are still chasing symptoms instead of the source.
In the session, we’ll look at how force truly travels, from the foot, through the glute, to the opposite shoulder, and how subtle compensations can set athletes up for imbalance, dysfunction, and eventually pain. I can’t wait to get on the floor, share ideas, and learn alongside some of the best educators in our field.
Huge thank you to for the continued trust and the chance to be part of this community.
25+ years in the seats. Year 2 on the stage. Grateful for every step. 🙌
There will be many great speakers at the event. Hope you can join us. 🤝
