I can’t explain my why fully. But deep inside especially when Murph starts to hurt, I have to go deeper and as I go I constantly think of what I’ve only read of the suffering those in our armed forces have reported in writings over the years. My pain is nothing IMHO compared to their sacrifice, but for me personally it’s a must to finish at my limit every time I go after Murph🙏🏻🤙🏼 so proud of and Jack getting after this and beating your times from year ❤️❤️❤️by 5 minutes!!! This year was best time yet at 50:32 beating last years 55:45😬 Happy Memorial Day 🙏🏻❤️ .thefrenchbulldog
