Sometimes the feeling isn’t anxiety…

There are moments in this work that remind me… this is so much bigger than me. 🌟

A few weeks ago, she came to a sound bath…
Then life asked her to walk through something deeper—a surgery, a moment of uncertainty, a space where fear can easily take over.

But she didn’t walk through it alone. 💛

Through a simple phone meditation, intention, and holding space from afar… something shifted.
Not because I “healed” her… but because she remembered her own light.

And this… this message she sent… touched my soul so deeply. 🥹🌟💛

This is why I do what I do.
To hold space.
To remind.
To be present in the unseen moments where love and energy truly matter.

To my beautiful community… thank you.
