Beau Sankene from our East Bay Office was the Caregiver of the Year for 2022 Nominee:
To know Beau is to love her. She is a phenomenal caregiver that gives her all to every client she works with. Beau is highly skilled and able to work with some of the more complex cases with such ease. She is detailed, thorough and understands the needs and wants of every client. Her strong work ethic, positive attitude and professional demeanor make her a sought- after caregiver. Beau is willing to travel near and far to ensure the best positive experience for our clients. Clients love Beau so much that the families are willing to change their schedule to accommodate her availability. Beau is a solution-oriented problem solver! For example, a client’s personal medical device was not working properly. Beau pulled the serial number, called customer service, and then got the device working properly for the client. Beau communicates well, we always know what is going on with her clients because she communicates any changes in the client’s condition immediately. Beau creates an atmosphere that makes every client from all demographics feel heard and special! Beau you are so deserving of this honor as our EB Outstanding Caregiver of the Year.

The East Bay office is honored to announce Pelani Rohney as our Outstanding Caregiver of the Month for December 2022. Pelani has a caring heart, wide skillset, and an unstoppable drive to provide the highest quality of care. She worked with an ongoing client for the past four years and was always willing to adjust her schedule and personal plans to ensure that she was available when client needed her. Not only was Pelani able to develop a strong bond with her client, but with the neighbors, family, and friends as well, who were active in her client’s daily life. Pelani and her client were like two peas in a pod as they were recognized everywhere they went together. As her client completed the circle of life, Pelani was with her every step of the way since the family did not live close by. She is professional, reliable, timely, trustworthy and she understands and adheres to all company protocols. Thank you for all the amazing work you do.! We truly appreciate you!
