The last few years have taught me that when it is our time to leave this world no one can stop it. We have one life to live. The material things we invest in are left behind only to be discarded. Memories are important to me.

At this time we are needing your help to let Newsom know it's time to let Licensed Estheticians return to work......now!

"Dear Govenor Newsom,

My Esthetician is an essential business. Her clients have waited 3 months without receiving the treatments that are needed--including skincare for Cancer Patients, Diabetics, Autoimmune Patients, and Disabled spa guests. It is not just about facials, but it is about human connection, care, compassion, and support year round, not just for beauty.

She has extensive training in sanitation and disinfection, just as hair stylists and barbers who are now allowed to work. I urge you to consider allowing Licensed Estheticians/Spas to reopen with, of course, the requirement that they follow the state's health mandates of California Board of Regulations Article 12, that states estheticians are licensed and have had required training to implement and maintain the Health and Safety Rules.

Preventing her from her livelihood impacts economic development; she cannot invest into her community without employment. She cannot help her guests without being allowed to work.

It's not just about facials, for many it is so much more than that.

Please consider opening Spas, Skincare Studios and Esthetic services as soon as possible.
