For most people, it’s a habit—scanning for calories, sodium, fat, and maybe glancing at the ingredients. But here’s the question: what really matters? 🤔
Should you be looking at:
The nutrition facts? 📊
The ingredients? 📜
The “healthy” words printed all over the packaging? 🥬
At the end of the day, all that truly matters is what your body can actually convert and use. 🔥
No matter how fancy the label looks or how “healthy” the ingredients sound, if your body can’t actually use the fuel you’re giving it, well, you get sick (and you gain weight.)
Instead of thriving, your body will spend all its resources trying to help you survive. 😬 And there’s a big difference between just surviving and really living. 🌱✨
