How often do you stop and read the labels on your food? 🏷️

For most people, it’s a habit—scanning for calories, sodium, fat, and maybe glancing at the ingredients. But here’s the question: what really matters? 🤔

Should you be looking at:

The nutrition facts? 📊
The ingredients? 📜
The “healthy” words printed all over the packaging? 🥬

At the end of the day, all that truly matters is what your body can actually convert and use. 🔥

No matter how fancy the label looks or how “healthy” the ingredients sound, if your body can’t actually use the fuel you’re giving it, well, you get sick (and you gain weight.)

Instead of thriving, your body will spend all its resources trying to help you survive. 😬 And there’s a big difference between just surviving and really living. 🌱✨

So, is this wrap a healthy choice for your body?

Words matter... ✨💬

They can inspire 🌟
They can hurt 💔
They can lift you up 🌅
They can tear you down 🌧️

We’re told to reframe...pick a different word, change those negative thoughts to positive thoughts...but what if...

What if we could do more? Instead of changing a negative word to a positive word, how about an 'empowering' word? 🌠💪

For example…

👉 Instead of "I have to eat healthy" → "I get to eat healthy" → "I am able to eat healthy" 🥗✨

This shift goes beyond just feeling positive. It’s about gratitude for being able to choose foods that can truly nourish and even reverse chronic conditions. Not everyone has that privilege, so let’s remember that this choice is a powerful one.

Because sometimes, a positive word makes us feel better, but an 'empowering' word reminds us of our strength, our choice, and our control over what we do. 🛠️✨

Reframing isn’t only about seeing the bright side—it’s about recognizing your power to shape your experience and appreciating the health you have, knowing it's something worth nurturing every day. 🌱💖

Reflecting back on a moment from a while ago, I found myself sitting in the Chase Sapphire Lounge at the Austin airport ✈️, waiting to board my flight 🛫.

Though some time has passed, the memories still feel fresh.

I had an amazing time away 🌞…

✨ It was time. ✨

Yes 🙌

I met amazing people 👥
I learned from inspiring speakers 🎤
I reconnected, in person, with women who have literally changed my life 💖.

🌟 It was time. 🌟

I missed my kids 👧👦…
I missed my hubby ❤️…
I missed my pup 🐾…
I missed my bed 🛏️…
I missed my routine ☕…

But as I sat there at the airport 🛬, I couldn’t help but feel such gratitude 🙏…

For you, for reading this post, for everyone I met over those days, for the hotel staff 🏨, the event coordinators 🎟️, the BOTAO team 🥂, for every hiccup, bump in the road, and challenge 🛣️… all of it.

All of those experiences were truly opportunities for growth 🌱… encouraging me to continue soaring 🕊️, creating impact 🌍, and living a life that brings joy to my family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, to others, and to myself 🥰.

Thank you, everyone 🫶…

🚗 Ever been stranded … 🏨

You were counting on someone to come through for you, everything planned perfectly … but then they change their mind. 🙄

There you are, stuck and unsure what to do. 😬

You could:
🤯 Get stressed out.
😡 Get angry.
😩 Dish out guilt and try to pressure someone to step in.

But none of those things truly work. ❌

You might call a friend to go out of their way to help. 🚗 Or turn to a loved one who wants to help but just can’t. 💔

What you really need in these moments isn’t just a hand—it’s a guide. 🧭
A guide with the right tools to get you from A to B. 🔑

So, instead of waiting, I made the choice to call Lyft 🚕. Not only did I reach my destination, but I also had an uplifting conversation with the driver along the way. 💬😊

Oops, I did it again... 🎶💁‍♀️

Okay, be honest... who sang that first line? 👆🎤

Nope, this isn’t about Britney Spears 🎸, and I didn’t play with anyone’s heart 💔 or get lost in the game 🎮...

Today, I switched things up. Instead of sticking to the usual routine, I connected with new people, had amazing conversations 🎉, joined a webinar while catching some sun ☀️, and even repurposed last night’s dinner for lunch (just like content!). 🍽️

What did I learn? 🤔
✨ It’s okay to do things differently.
✨ It’s okay to break the "rules."
✨ And it’s okay to throw in some song lyrics to see who’s singing along... 🎶👀

🚨 Newsflash: Eating "healthy" doesn’t mean what you think it does. 🚨

We’ve all been told to go for the low-fat, sugar-free, organic, and keto-approved options. 🏷️ But here's the thing—if your body can’t use it, it’s not helping you. 💥

That fancy superfood salad? 🥗 If your metabolism is in chaos, it’s just another meal your body doesn’t know what to do with. 🙄 And trust me, no amount of chia seeds or kale will fix that if you’re not addressing the real issue.

Your body needs fuel it can actually use. 🔥 So, next time you’re patting yourself on the back for that “healthy” choice, ask yourself:
