We are so deeply heartbroken to share that due to severe weather forecasted for Friday evening into all day Saturday, Herbal Affair is officially cancelled.

This decision was not made lightly, and while we are always prepared to face Oklahoma springtime weather with sun or rainfall, the current forecast holds high severe threats with high winds, lightening, and ping-pong sized hail Friday evening into all day Saturday. The safety of our staff, vendors and participants must come first.
We are also unable to reschedule this downtown event due to the upcoming construction in the event area. Many other events in Tulsa County have had to either cancel or move indoors, and unfortunately we don’t have an indoor space to host this year's event. We share in the frustration and disappointment of this outcome with vendors and businesses.

That said, we are already brainstorming possible events and opportunities in the coming weeks and months for our vendors to participate in! Please stay tuned for these updates!!

Thank you so much for being such an integral part of the Herbal Affair Team. We are so grateful to all of you and you’re understanding in this decision. Can’t wait to see you all next year in 2026 under bright, sunny skies!💚🌷☀️

❗️❗️❗️❗️We are code red and unfortunately will have to make hard decisions to make space for incoming dogs.❗️❗️❗️❗️

We have puppies to seniors available for adoption. Our adoptions fees are currently $25 til we reach 28 dogs, in honor of Queen Bee. All pets come spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea/tick prevention, microchipped, and a QR ID tag.
