This free training is one week away! We encourage everyone to take this training to learn the warning signs of a su***de crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. Contact Samantha Yessilth (samantha.yessilth@fdihb.org; 928-729-8464) for more information.

What is QPR?
QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer — the 3 simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from su***de. Just as people trained in CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver help save thousands of lives each year, people trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a su***de crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.
