Wellness Works

Wellness Works is a fitness center owned by Washington County Regional Medical Center. Wellness Works serves the Middle Georgia area.

We have treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, freeweights, and weight machines. Monday thorugh Friday we offer a variety of aerobics, yoga, and strength classes. During the summer we also offer programs for students. Our Silver Sneakers program is designed for anyone age XX and up, and encourages good health for our aging clients. Our members are able to use our facility at their convenience with a member access card.

Happy Wellness Wednesday! We had a blast this morning at Aerobics in the Park with A Friend You Have In Me, Inc. 🙌 A great turn out of community members enjoyed a workout in the park and some delicious breakfast 🥞

Happy Wellness Wednesday!!

It is HOT! With the high temperatures, it is important to make sure you are drinking plenty of water and keeping your electrolytes replenished. Stay in the shade if you plan on spending a long time outside and remember that children are much more susceptible to heat illness than adults are!
