Sourdough! I love sourdough, Raquel loves sourdough, who doesn't love sourdough bread? We have dried sourdough starter available on our website for everyone who wants to start their own. It comes with a quick start guide with a few recipes to get you started on your journey.

We named our starter Bildough Bagging so join Bildough on this epic adventure and make some delicious bread or cookies or crackers or doughnuts or pretzels or pancakes.... I could go on but I'll stop.

Monday Mushroom Motivation

While we don't use any mushrooms for our products we do appreciate the beautiful and functionality of mushrooms.

I think it's important to realize what these great teachers are always telling us, we always rise after a good rain fall.

The soil we choose to grow on provides us with everything we need, so choose good soil.

Even if someone looks harmless they could be deadly, treat everyone with respect and honor.
