Bring the benefits of reflexology home with this kit, which includes everything I use during my sessions: Jericho Foot Balm, a reflexology foot roller, and a foot and hand reflexology chart.

The foot roller is designed to target all the reflex zones, helping you work out tension and stress, while the Jericho Foot Balm provides deep moisture and relief for sore feet. Clients often mention how it helps them sleep better and eases discomfort—plus, it leaves feet feeling soft and refreshed.

Use the chart to identify key areas that may need attention and take a few minutes each day to focus on your own well-being.

Many of my clients come to me after trying everything: traditional medicine, over-the-counter treatments, and still struggle with chronic pain. It's frustrating when nothing seems to bring lasting relief, but it’s also a reminder that healing is complex, and sometimes what works for one person might not be the answer for another.

If you’re feeling stuck or discouraged, I want you to know you're not alone in that journey.

If you’re looking for a different approach, I’m here to listen and help you explore Reflexology as the option that might bring you some relief.

My kids fight a lot (I’m guessing yours do, too!), and my daughter tends to be dramatic. So years ago when my son yelled down the stairs to me to say, “Mom, you need to come look at Laurel! Mom!” I’ll admit, I sort of ignored them. I figured they were just bickering. I was aware, but only with half an ear. When he finally said, “Mom, her face looks weird and it’s all puffy!” I snapped to attention and ran upstairs to check it out.

Her face was blown up from swelling. She was unrecognizable and her eyes were hidden behind the swelling. She was breathing fine, thank goodness. I called the nurse and grabbed the anti-histamine.

We went through a series of doctor appointments to find out what was causing her face to swell, and discovered that she was highly allergic to weeds and grass, which we still manage with anti-histamines during high allergen season. She also has asthma, and is prone to upper-respiratory infections. All of this tends to culminate into a LOT of congestion for that little girl.

While I’m grateful for anti-histamines to keep the blow ups at bay and the inhaler to help her breathe, I don’t like to fill her up with a lot of OTC cold meds to fight some of the other symptoms, such as congestion.

I have found mixing lavender oil with reflexology on the sinus reflexes is a very powerful and effective way to battle congestion. I use it at bedtime, so she gets sleep support, too!

I created a simple step-by-step guide that walks you through the exact reflex points I use to relieve congestion, right from home, with nothing more than your hands, lavender oil and a few intentional minutes.

If you’re looking for something natural that really works (and you’re tired of feeling stuck in the medicine aisle), I’d love to share it with you.

As moms, we know how hard it can be to get a good night’s sleep. Between the demands of our families, our jobs, and everything else on our plates, sleep often feels like a luxury we just can’t afford. But the truth is, restful sleep is so much more than just a way to “recharge.” It’s essential for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Reflexology can play a huge role in helping you get the peaceful, restorative sleep you need. For those of us juggling the stress of motherhood, business, or other responsibilities, it’s like hitting the reset button for your body.

Reflexology helps to reduce stress hormones that can interfere with sleep, while also boosting the production of feel-good hormones like serotonin. It’s a way to clear the mental clutter and get into a deeper, more restful state of mind.

Sleep is a gift, and reflexology can help us unlock it.

Some days I can tell my nervous system is just… tired.
Like I’ve been in “go mode” too long, even if it’s all good things.

That’s when I reach for my Ashwagandha tincture.

It’s one of those steady supports that helps me feel more like me again, calmer, clearer, and not so easily over-stimulated.

Ashwagandha root has been used for generations to fight against stress, and I’ve seen firsthand how it helps with energy, focus, and emotional resilience (especially in seasons that are a little extra busy).😉

This tincture is one I make in small batches with organic ashwagandha root: just herbs, water, and vodka. Nothing fancy.

You can find this in my shop, or comment “TINCTURE” below to get more details.

Isn’t it interesting how truly GREAT ideas or breakthroughs hit us when we are not consciously mulling over the issue? Inspiration rarely hits right when we need it to. It seems to always hit hard when our minds are at rest. I find this so powerful. It’s like our brilliance needs a moment of silence, solitude or rest to really break through all of the noise and clutter.

For me the best solitude to calm my mind is in nature walking or hiking, or on my paddleboard. My mind clears away the noise, making room for creativity, and ideas just start to flow! Nature and intentional powering down is so powerful to help our minds release the clutter.

There was a time in my life though, when I protected myself from thinking too much because it was too painful. Walks in nature were delightful and relaxing, but not inspiring. I wasn’t comfortable with my thoughts at the time, and couldn’t face the grief I was holding onto. It was too scary, and easier to just cover it up with the to-do list. My faith and prayer kept me holding on, but I needed more–my physical body needed to release the pain and fear.

That’s when I discovered reflexology. At my second session, something in my nervous system released and I was able to begin processing small bites of my grief. It was a powerful release in a time when I needed more than nature and faith to help me get out of my “fight or flight” status.

Our feelings (grief, stress) directly affect our physical bodies, and vice versa. There’s a reason you may feel physically or emotionally stuck. Reflexology can help with that.

If you need a safe place to allow your nervous system to recover a bit, give me a call and we can discuss if reflexology is a good fit for you. You will be glad you did.

God designed your body with a built-in defense system that works 24/7—fighting off illness, repairing what’s been damaged, and restoring balance when life throws you off track.

But here’s the thing…

Your immune system can get tired too.

Stress, poor sleep, lack of movement, and everyday busyness can quietly wear it down. You might notice it in little ways: catching colds more often, taking longer to recover, or just feeling “off.”

This is where reflexology comes in.

It’s always meaningful to hear how someone’s body responds after a session.

Reflexology might start at the feet, but the impact is often felt throughout the entire body.

I am feeling grateful for the trust my clients place in me, it’s not something I take lightly.

If you’ve been curious about how reflexology could support you, please DM me all of your burning questions, and let’s get your first session booked! ☺️

Ever notice how the best ideas hit when your mind is quiet?

Not when you're forcing it, but when you're walking in nature, paddling, or simply resting.

For a long time, I couldn’t find that peace. Grief made stillness and solitude feel unsafe. Walks helped, but they didn’t heal. Prayer and clinging to my faith was huge, but I need support for my physical body, too.
Then I found reflexology.

In the middle of a session, something physically shifted. I felt it. My nervous system softened. I could finally begin to process what I’d been holding in.

Our emotions do live in our bodies. And sometimes, we need more than rest to feel whole again.

If your nervous system needs a safe place to land, reach out. Let’s talk about whether reflexology is right for you. 💜

If you’ve been tossing and turning at night or just can’t seem to wind down, I’ve got a little secret for you:

Sandpoint Reflexology’s Goodnight tincture might be the answer to better sleep! 🤭

This tincture pairs beuatifully with a warm bath, good quality lavender essential oil, or Sandpoint Reflexoloy’s own Ashwagandha tincture (my personal favorite relaxation combo.)

Have you tried herbal support for sleep before? What’s helped you wind down at the end of the day?

Your feet carry emotional baggage.

Not just physical exhaustion, but the buildup of stress, grief, anxiety, stored and speaking through tension and tenderness.

Most people don’t realize how much their feet are trying to tell them.

As a certified reflexologist, I’m here to tell you that your feet hold signs of stress, emotional overload, or a nervous system that’s been stuck in overdrive.

I see it all the time during my reflexology sessions.

Here are 3 things your feet might be trying to tell you (and why it matters).
