LIFE SKILLS NW

Serving clients by giving knowledge and practical tools to define personal values, resolve conflicts, move away from abusive destructive relationships and create healthy boundaries. Our classes teach the skills that enable an individual to successfully navigate the challenges of life. Dealing with communication, abuse, domestic violence, anger, stress and patterns that sabotage.
